Pricing Models

How we work depends on what you need.

Asia Business Group offers a suite of services scalable to meet your company's needs. Each market we serve demands a country-specific approach, so we work with your company to identify its needs and provide you with an clear, detailed proposal outlining costs and deliverables.  

Fee For Service
Activities with long lead time-to-sales, building or reorganizing sales channels, ongoing account management, etc... are billed on an hourly basis. 

Retainer
Primary market research, key man identification, scheduling,  etc... , or other mid-term projects requiring several months to complete may qualify for billing on a monthly retainer.  

Flat Fee
Projects with a limited objective to be completed over a specified time period may qualify for a flat fee.

Commission
Asia Business Group engages with select clients to provide its services on a commission basis. Please contact our U.S. headquarters for further information.

Hybrid 
Many clients continue to work with Asia Business Group past the start-up stage. In these cases we've found that a hybrid, fee/commission or monthly retainer equitably compensates us for our up-front "missionary" work while giving additional incentive to grow your business beyond the market entry phase.
